At Final Touches Staging, I use a combination of training, imagination, and experience to showcase your home’s best features during a sale, setting it apart from others on the market and allowing buyers to see its full potential. My mission is to help you maximize the equity of your home at an affordable price and reduce the time it takes to sell in today’s real estate market.
My background is in retail management, but in 2011, my passion for real estate, design, and creativity all came together when my husband and I started our own business in real estate investing and residential remodeling. I learned quickly that staging my remodels greatly increased our selling price and reduced sell time, creating a sizeable return on our investment. It wasn’t long before my staged remodels were recognized by local realtors and I was asked to offer my home designing expertise to their clients as well. That is when Final Touches Staging was born.
I am an HSR Certified Professional Home Stager and Redesigner who not only has real-life experience, but also completed the most comprehensive home staging and redesign certification course in the country provided by the Home Staging Resource. The HSR Certification program is accredited by the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), who is the only third-party, governing association for the home staging industry. I also hold a bachelors degree in Business Marketing.
